This may sound very newbish to all the vets here, but I'm a newbie to this game, I just bought it, and I found sniping very difficult because of the scope wobble, is there a way to get around the scope wobble or get rid of it?

I'm pretty sure that the scope wobble is supposed to mimic the wobble that usually occurs in real-life when someone is holding a rifle with a scope.
In real-life, the movements are a combination of breathing and simple muscle movements due to trying to hold steady a long object out in front of you.

What I have found to be easiest is to just learn to time your shots with the wobble of the scope. I don't know of any way to make it dissappear; although, there may be one. I just line up the middle, red point with the target I want (like the head) and time my shot with the wobble.

The scope wobbles the further in you are zoomed. But, if you have just been running, your hands move more than if you were walking or sneaking. Also if you take your time and wait, your aim becomes more and more steady, until it hardly moves at all.

Also, after each shot the wobble gets worse for a bit, a quick way to solve that is to right click to remove scope view. Then click fire and your back to the normal bob. That is, unless you need to shoot more than one person. In those cases, make sure you have time to let the bob subside a bit (especially with the Blaser Jagdwaffen R93 Sniper rifle), with the
Walther WA2000 Sniper rifle you can shoot 6 rounds compaired to the BJ R93 giving you a better chance to take out the enemy.

KYE, after a long and informative post, everyone wants a good comment - not something pointless or "I know that" posts.

If you have nothing useful, please don't post. Seriously, it's not a good manner. Someone who post that won't be happy if he see some useless reply after he has typed for 10 minutes. I was quite surprised thet Ghost Dog didn't get angry at you after you post "I know that".

KYE, although you're a kid you should learn this manner. Because when you grow up, someone won't easily forgive you like when you are a kid.

I don't mean that you must always post serious things. You can post as pointless as you want but please don't do it after a long and informative post.

I actually agree that the Hitman wasn't that great with the rifles. To take a shot your pull the butt hard into your shoulder and halt breathing. Although you only get one shot from a standing position (the recoil hammers the muzzle up), it is at least accurate. I think it would have been good to be able to lie prone or rest the rifle against a surface to steady it.

im sorry DTRY but posting:
Walther WA2000 Sniper rifle you can shoot 6 rounds compaired to the BJ R93 giving you a better chance to take out the enemy.

is pretty obvious and even a newbe could figure that out

Yes, all newbies should know that but

is still useful. And most newbies will gain benefits from it.

Don't apologize me, apologize Ghost Dog instead. I think he's quite generous because he was not angry at you and only posted that he's glad you are intelligent. I'm quite sure he'll forgive you Smile .

KYE, I know that you wasn't angry at Ghost Dog and vice versa.

I was trying to post that you're lucky because, while someone might be angry at you if he saw "I know that" post, Ghost Dog wasn't.

Someone who thought his long and time-consuming post wil be useful may be offended by "I know that" post, even with smilies included. Posting like that not only disgrace him but also discourage him to post a new post.

KYE, I wish you be careful on posting something pointless after someone has post a long post. I know you can do that, right? Smile
