1) Hide behind tree with sniper rifle facing front of Buddha statue.
2) Wait for the negotiator to arrive.
3) Blast negotiator.
4) Drop rifle.
5) Run to car (you won't be suspected by guards.)

Umm... That's not Buddha statue. The Buddha isn't that fat. I believe that's Sangajaya, one of the famous Buddhist monks. If you want to know about his biography I'll post it later. Wink

And my favourite way is :-
1) Buy a knife, only a knife.
2) Run into the park and hide behind trees.
3) Wait until both negotiator begin talking.
4) Run behind the Red Dragon negotiator and slice his throat.
5) Hide your knife immediately so guards outside the park won't shoot you until guards inside alarm them.
6) Run like #### to the car.

After hiding behind the tree, I run up and garotte the bastard. It's such fun to see the other negotiator and all the guards running around shouting "We gotta situation!" whilst I just calmly strangle there boss.

Getting back to the car is a bit of a challenge though.

If I sniper the guy, I always kill the helicopter man and retrieve his M60 from down below before mowing down every guard on the level.

Hey, whoa whoa!

Why the anger? Maybe he's not such a bastard after all! Maybe the Red Dragon Negotiator had a little family of his own! And three kids! And he donated to his local church!

Now, now, what did I say?

Maybe Tzun had a family of his own. Imagine 5 little Tzuns at home eating and eating ... and well ... eating.

Most people don't care about it. That's why I like the scene in Austin Powers, which one of Dr.Evil's minions was run over by a road roller. Then the scene switch back to his house showing he's a great stepfather. And his wife told her son that "People don't care about it" Mr. BigGrin .
Also, there is a scene which other minion was killed by a shark. And he was going to marry tomorrow!

I love this film. Mr. BigGrin

I tried to slow the game down to almost nothing and use the sniper rifle from the roof, but no matter how slow I made the game, after *pulling the trigger*, the bullet immediately killed the dragon pansy. Maybe I should *stop* the action, then pan over to the dragon pansy? Gonna have to think about this a little more unless one of you other wizened gnomes has the answer. Wink

Why do you want to do that?
Because I wanted to see if I could get a closeup shot of the bullet entering his body instead of a shot from the rooftop across the way.

I've attempted to hide behind several trees, played the waiting game (for both leaders to be present in front of the statue), THEN opened the case and assembled the rifle; BUT, I've only to be seen and consequently failed the mission. Is there a particular sequence in taking out the Red leader in this alternative fashion? Please advise.

I only noticed yesterday how slick the Hardballer is....

Walk into a building, whip out a small gun and rapidly fire 7 bullets into someone's chest.... they don't fall down til the fifth..... so cool! Smile

It's fun to slow the game down, say to about 0.1, whilst standing in front of the Red Dragon's limo. Once they're all out, pull out the hardballer and take down the negotiator and guards with head shots. 7 bullets = 7 deaths. I can't do at normal speed though; I need more marksmanship practice.

I like using the secret grenade launcher for the guards then the katanna for the negotiator.

Let me guess - turn on ip_debug 1 and walk up to the negotiator and right click to bring up the action menu and turn around 3 times in sneak mode, right? Mr. BigGrin
