You're still at school? No vacations?

Year round school. You get more time off school overall, but your brain is too full of useless knowlege to enjoy it.

Bounce - You're trying to find the deeper meaning of things? Ugh, that must suck. I say, if they don't just straight-out tell you what they mean, they don't want you to know, and that should be respected.

Bounce - Hey, does that mean you'll be out of school as soon as I go back to school in a few weeks? Or is it the 3rd term of the 1st semester?

Excal still has to face 6 months before going to the uni.
That means we will already be having uni classes while excal is still going through freshman pranks.

I have 2 weeks of holiday left. I have a geology essay to write and a lot of chemistry research to do. And, sadly, I know nothing about either subject! Smile

Oh yeah, I got As in maths and geology and Bs in chemistry and English, too... [tries to look excited]

People allways criticize when someone follows a not so common path in studies, but then they overlook the fact that they're on their current scholar situation by commodism, and they can't identify themselves with what they are learning. That's much more criticizable.

Or is it the 3rd term of the 1st semester?

Huh? There are 38 weeks of school a year. Each semester has 19 weeks. Each semester has 2 terms.
This is actually week 5 (I looked in my diary) of Term 1 of Semester 2, also known as semester 3. Is your schooling system (American?) really that much different from mine?

My school system (canadian 'we fuck
our children over, but not as much as the americans do' system) goes something like, there are 2 semesters in a year, 3 terms in a semester, 50 or so days in a term.

We get 14 weeks of holidays, 2 between each term except for the end of year- the start of next year holidays, they're 7-8 weeks.

Too confusing! We have 4 terms, each one divided into 2 half-terms... there's a weeks holiday between half-terms and 2 weeks between each term, except the 6 week summer holiday.

Oh wait, that's as confusing really... Smile
