That was not the Frank Zappa tribute band, silly.

It was that Linda Martini band I provided samples of on the post previous to the concert review.

You're so silly, hehe Razz

Now seems like a good time for a German, country cover-band.

Boss Hoss - Hot in Here

coincidentally my mom and sister recently saw them play at a local small festival and bought their CD, so whenever I get in the car with my mom I hear a rock'n'roll version of "my favourite game"

Boss Hoss played in Holland a couple of days ago and I totaly went to see them, the amount of chaos they display onstage is just brilliant, the energy just flows right into your brain until you OD on it, well on that and fat, ugly dutch women

That's a different album than what I have, but this one (Internashville Urban Hymns) only has about three worthy tracks: Yee Haw, Hot in Here and Hey Ya. The rest I can do without.

we have this CD too now, the toxic song is worst, but you forgot the sabotage song, that one rocks as well

Since I made those earlier comments I have listened to the album a few more times and more of the songs have grown on me. Still not great music, but I get a kick out of it every time I come back to it.

you really should see them live if you ever have the chance, the music on the cd isn't remotely as energetic and amazing as what you see and hear on stage

also, they consume massive amounts of liquor on stage

Their tour locations don't seem to leave Germany. Next time I'm in their neighborhood I'll make a point of seeing them.
