DOORMAN #3
Sorry again. Maybe I'll buy you a beer later, after this lock-down stuff is all over with.
He rounds another corner and stops dead in his tracks.
DOORMAN #3
Mason?
He sees the doorman Mason lying with his cracked skull lodged in between the doors. He runs up, past the huge security desk that sits to the right of the building.
He crouches down to look at Mason.
DOORMAN #3
How the hell?
He notices the gun still held tightly in his hand, the safety still on. He quickly whips out his gun, glancing around the area.
He walks cautiously toward the desk. His eyes search the room while his hand gropes for the phone.
Under the security desk the Hitman waits. The doorman's hand comes into view. The doorman's arm is grabbed and dislocated by a violent pull. He is about to scream when a gloved hand grabs him by the throat.
The doorman is sent tumbling over the desk to the floor, the Hitman's grip providing the momentum. The gun CLATTERS to the floor while the Hitman strangles the man. Slowly, the doorman goes limp.
Nexus walks into view slowly.
NEXUS
Never a dull moment with you is there?
The Hitman doesn't reply and instead franticly beckons Nexus to come to the desk. Nexus complies, running up and dumping the duffel bag at the Hitman's feet. The Hitman points at a slowly moving security camera.
HITMAN
Get those things offline, now!
NEXUS
Step back and let me get working.
Nexus sits at a computer and plugs in his laptop into the pc's network card. He starts working, various numbers and symbols flashing down his laptop screen.
NEXUS
Holy shit... this thing is encrypted like a bitch. This may be military grade encryption, at the very least!
HITMAN
Can you-
NEXUS
Sure can.
He keeps working while the Hitman unzips the bag and takes out the handguns, slipping each into his pants or a pair of shoulder holsters he now adorns under his jacket. He pulls out a pair of leg holsters from the bag and straps them on. He puts a pair of Berettas in the holsters before taking an MP5 and the Mossberg shotgun from the bag.
Nexus glances over.
NEXUS
What? Are you getting ready for world war three or something?
HITMAN
Yes.
Nexus smiles. A BEEP alerts him.
NEXUS
I'm in. Security cameras-
He types a few keys.
NEXUS
-are now offline.
